General Counsel, Jeff Sly
Mr. Sly is the General Counsel for the California Prison Industry Authority. He began his legal career in 1991 as a Navy JAG. Following his military career, he was in private practice and served as Commission Counsel with the Fair Political Practices Commission and Staff Counsel with the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation before joining CALPIA in April 2006.
Mr. Sly is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance; a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in California and Michigan.
