Chief of Industrial Services Division, Timothy S. Linn
Mr. Linn was appointed Chief of the Industrial Services Division in December of 2005 responsible for CALPIA construction, engineering, health and safety, and waste to energy units.
Mr. Linn joined CALPIA in 1991 as a private General Contractor assisting with the design, construction and development of the Correctional Resource Recovery Facility. In 1993 Mr. Linn accepted the position as Prison Industries Manager Waste Management and operated the enterprise until its closure in 2003.
Mr. Linn has extensive commercial and industrial real estate and construction experience in multi- million dollar projects. He is a licensed class A General Contractor in the state of California.
